I traded the Audi and my motorcycle for it at Land Rover of Mission Viejo. Kind of on a whim — I drove the motorcycle up the coast and stopped in. The Audi was still fine and fun to drive but just too small.
I learned that sometimes luxury dealers are nicer than mainstream dealers. They’re still out to separate you from your money, and they did. I probably lost money four ways on that transaction, and I’m not even sure how much.
It had some adventures. It kept the Rover specialty mechanic in business for a while.
