Youtopia is the San Diego regional Burning Man event — a yearly camping festival not far from the city, and the closest Dylan has been to going to Burning Man. Papa brought Dylan, and there was a place called Danger Camp where kids could fight with foam swords. Dylan fought with the foam swords. Dylan also got to swim in a pool, and at night a band called That Beatles Cover Band played, and Dylan danced in front of the video screen and bounced on the couch and pulled strangers onto the dance floor. Papa was mostly there to keep an eye on things. Dylan didn’t need much keeping an eye on.
Dylan spent a lot of the festival with Papa’s camera, going around taking photos of everything. Many of those photos are here.
