Not Fred’s own — picked up somewhere on the web. A Painkiller riff swapping eggnog mix in for the coconut cream. The name continues the painkiller/anti-inflammatory pun.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 2 oz eggnog mix
  • 2 oz OJ
  • 3 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Shake the rum, eggnog mix, orange juice, and pineapple juice with ice.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with nutmeg.
