Spent the day gathering up crap. Becke’s out doing a 48-hour gig at a woman’s house, sucks to be her but it gives me the weekend to play.
Stopped by a yard sale and got: little red wagon (needs bigger wheels), sewing machine, sewing machine table, MIDI controller, wheel prop, heat gun. $23.
Then out to Fry’s: SATA power cables and splitter, USB SATA adapter, 24-drawer electronic junk carrier. $68.
San Diego Electronic Supply: various chips, other chips, buttons, LCD display, LED/Plasma display. $50.
Nurith’s: iMac, nipple gourds, Infected Mushroom CDs, sleep masks, fish, vodka, Walkman PC board. $0.
Amvets: toaster for electronics. $4.
Target: silicone glove, silicone baking mat, thermometer, Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Ginger Ale. $50.
Not too bad for an all-day spending spree. I’ll probably end up ordering a Kaoscillator online. Didn’t buy the small generator from CL, though I’m tempted.
Guitar Center didn’t have the Kaoscillator. Escondido Surplus: closed.
