Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens, Escondido. Rated ★★★★☆
I love the building and the grounds. I wish I could build my house like this — sure, brewery included.
The beers are the main attraction, and they have a great variety: their own and other high-end brews. I like the food too. Expensive, but I’ve enjoyed it as a side to whatever beer I’m having. During the summer they host a weekly outdoor movie on the grounds.
They also run “Beer University” events where you can learn more about your suds.
I’ve been back many times. I’ve never had a bad beer there. I can’t say that about very many places.
