Age 10
In March, Papa and Dylan went camping near Ocotillo. It was windy and it rained, and neither of them got much sleep. Papa did not feel like cooking. In the morning Papa woke up ready to leave, the way he usually did after a bad night camping — cold, tired, a little stiff.
Dylan woke up happy.
On the drive home, Dylan said he’d like to go camping every weekend if he could.
