Basil ate a mouse yesterday! I had to knock it out first, then thwack it on the head a couple of times, but he ate it.
When I go down to mail this I’m also going to drop off my passport application (at the post office), and mail a final care package — junk food — to Amy. I got a weird letter from one of her friends saying how she needed some cookies for finals week.
