The Bermudian classic — dark rum floated over ginger beer. Fred adds a dash of bitters and optional lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Dash bitters
  • Lime juice (optional)
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice and add the ginger beer.
  2. Float the dark rum on top.
  3. Add a dash of bitters and a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
