El Centro all-you-can-eat beef ribs institution. Rated ★★★★☆
How could you have not tried Fat Ivor’s? The place burned down a few years back and people loved it so much they had to rebuild it. All you can eat beef ribs, cooked locally on a pit barbecue. What more is there to say? The sauce is decent — the ribs are all you can eat. Not all you want to eat, mind you — all you can eat. You’re not allowed to leave if you can possibly eat another one. Beer too. And all you can eat beef ribs. Cheap!
There may have been veggies or fries or something in there, how the hell would I know, I just asked for another plate of ribs. And a beer.
