One time I was hanging out at Bob’s house, and Naomi came by. We both said “Naomi!” — or maybe “Noami!”, our Doof name for her — and went to give her a hug. She said, “No, you don’t want to hug me, I’m all sweaty from the gym.” Bob and I looked at each other gleefully and gave her a double inappropriate hug. “You guys are so gross!”
Another time she came by the house to drop something off, and we hugged — some of us are bigger huggers than others! — and I told her her fragrance smelled great. “Which is that?” “Oh,” she said, a bit embarrassed, “it’s called Beautiful.” “Why don’t they just call it Modest?”
