A classic Trader Vic communal tiki drink — rum and brandy with citrus and orgeat, blended with crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz orgeat syrup
  • 2 oz light Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients with the crushed ice until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass or scorpion bowl.
