I got the notion to come out here to go thrift store shopping. First one had a one-hour half-price special — kind of nice — but only found a shirt. They had cool underwear on a rack marked 75% off, but none of it was discounted, for some inexplicable reason. Stopped in at a couple of head shops. There’s a nice vaporizer built by a Burning Man fan — quotes on the back, pocket-sized, battery-powered, $120 — but I really don’t need that. Play It Again Sports had some pretty surfboards, if I were able to do that. Then since I’m hungry I decided to grab a bloody mary.
I just noticed I’ve got a nice big scratch on the display. Don’t know when it happened — suspect it was from being in the same pocket with my keys. Shrug. It’s a tool.
