Montrose BBQ joint with Shiner Bock on tap. Rated ★★★★☆

I get the beef ribs to-go, and have a beer while I’m waiting. The ribs are fine, the sauce is great, and the beer is Shiner Bock. Bonus — the chips are homemade, and I like the applesauce; could pass on the Texas toast. I’ve had the cobbler and it’s tasty. Parking is lousy Target underground unless I get lucky with a magic spot across the street.
