A Jeff “Beachbum” Berry creation — a split of Jamaican and Demerara rum spiced with allspice dram, balanced by lime and grapefruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jamaica rum
  • 1 oz Demerara rum
  • ¼ oz allspice dram
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Shake with some gravel ice until cold.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with mint and a “tribal lime” (zested lime).
