A pre-Prohibition Cuban classic — white rum, dry vermouth, curaçao, and a touch of grenadine, stirred and served up like a rum martini.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz white rum
- ¾ oz dry vermouth
- ¼ oz orange curaçao
- 2 dashes grenadine
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
