Basically a Mai Tai using the original Trader Vic’s formulation but substituting bourbon for the rum. “Honi Honi” supposedly means “Kiss kiss” in Hawaiian. Fred had this on Valentine’s Day at the Noah Ohana Tiki — “They’re delicious.”
Ingredients
- 3 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz orange curaçao
- 1½ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz orgeat
- ¾ oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Flash blend with a scoop of crushed ice.
- Pour into a 16 oz tiki glass.
- Top with more crushed ice.
