A pared-down Hurricane — dark Jamaican rum with passion fruit and lemon. Fred used a rough mix of Appleton Special, Appleton 12, and Wray for the rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark Jamaican rum (mix of Appleton Special, 12, and Wray)
  • 1 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
