Home, Temecula.

When Amy is gone, Douro barks a lot. Sometimes it’s because there’s a coyote outside (I got a picture of him tonight); sometimes it’s just to bark. And last night in the middle of the night, he was outside my window barking his ass off, so I yelled at him and finally he came in, and ran right back out again — the front door was standing wide open.

When I turned on the light, Douro was nose-to-nose with a possum. Mean looking fucker, too. When Amy came out she distracted the dog and the rat got away. Made my heart race — I wasn’t expecting to see such a creature.

Speaking of Burning Man, I found a little wagon that I’d like to hook a motor up to, and turn into a go-kart.

And despite how good this Newton is, I still draw better on a piece of paper.
