The thick of the Cybertel/Telenomics battle. Fred gets new tires on the Rover while fighting a cold.

The Rover isn’t quite done yet — new set of front tires was needed, should be ready in half an hour or so. My throat hurts severely, but it’s getting so it’s more just pain than annoyance; hope I’ll be able to sleep okay tonight.
I guess I’m not going to SF this weekend; failing that I’m not sure what I’m doing. Really feeling worn out; I should be psyched that I got the Perl program to work. I’ll be glad when I really get some time to sit down and work on it without being bothered. The way their network functions (or fails to) is pretty damned annoying.
Speaking of annoying — I have to get up early yet again tomorrow, drive down here to meet with the lawyer, pay him some $1500 for telling me I have to give away $50,000. Or worse, that I have some standing but that I’ll be throwing that away, too, if I sign their freaking agreement.
I still have no concept why people find professional sports interesting at all. Maybe I’ll go read their feedback letters; truck should be ready soon.
