Fred is preparing for a showdown meeting with Mangiarelli and Rick Schmidt over his Cybertel stock.

So I guess tomorrow I get to meet with Rick Schmidt and Mangiarelli. Or maybe Wednesday, I can’t be sure. But it’s likely it won’t be fun and I’ll just have to sit there and refuse to negotiate down at all.
Contract/Stock Issues
- I have my stock now. Although it is legally mine, I’m sure I would not be able to sell it without a legal battle.
- If you don’t want Telenomics stock, why should I want it?
- You never gave me a written release of the bogus fraud charges.
- Having to worry about this is taking away from my productivity.
- I just plain can’t trust you.
Personal Issues (My Job)
- There’s too much work for a person to do; and you’re coming up with more every day.
- I’ve been working weekends to get the bills out because there are so many mistakes in the database; new mistakes seem to be added every day.
- I need a vacation; I intend to take a vacation in August.
Cybertel Issues (the Company)
- Your half-time MIS person is not enough.
- The database is too complex for the application.
- This was supposed to be a technology company; and yet at the moment you only have 1½ people out of 20 who know fuck all about technology.
- How are you ever going to build a network with the kind of staff you’ve got?
- You just fired half the staff in Vista.
- When a company fires its sales staff, it’s a good sign that it’s going down the toilet.
